Criteria for the Colin Hodge Club Person of the Year

• The Player, Official, Supporter or Parent who is judged to have made the most significant contribution to the health, welfare and improvement of the Club and its members and who exhibited attributes in keeping with the Club’s Code of Conduct.

Nominations

• Nominations are invited from all coaches and managers.

• Nominations will also be accepted from any member of the Club including players, parents, supporters and Committee Members.

Selection process

• All nominations will be accepted by the Club Secretary up to one day prior to the Annual General Meeting of the Club.

• All nominations will be judged by the Club President and the Club Patrons for compliance with the criteria for the Award.

• The Colin Hodge Club Person of the Year Award will be determined by a secret ballot of members present at the Annual General Meeting.

• The result of the secret ballot, however, will not be announced at the Annual General Meeting.

Presentation of the Award

• The recipient of the Colin Hodge Club Person of the Year Award will be announced and the award presented at the Club’s Presentation Day.
