Junior Summer Baseball - 2018-2019 season

Online Registrations

Baseball Australia and Baseball NSW are mandating that baseball registrations (and the payment of fees) for all players (both junior and senior) are to occur via the Sports TG (STG) central online registration platform, similar to how other sporting codes across Australia have implemented their registration process.

Getting Started

In order to register a player for the coming season (using Google Chrome as the platform of choice as the STG registration program will not function using IE or Microsoft Edge), click onto the following St Pats Baseball Club specific online registration link, and follow the steps, as they populate, below:

St Pats Baseball Club Registration Link

  1. Create an account (or log in if you already have an account)
  2. Let’s add basic details (suggest you enter the parent's email and mobile number)
  3. Select your registration options (this form will automatically register your child based on their “league age”, which is determined by their date of birth. The club will allocate players to various teams and grades following registration. League Age 15, 16 and 17 year olds will also have the option to select the Junior Playing in the CSMLBA Summer Competition. They should only select this option if they intend to play on Sundays in the Senior competition.
  4. Just a few more details
  5. Summary and proceed to payment
  6. Pay by credit card or PayPal (if paying via PayPal, after having selected this option and entering your PayPal information, confirm payment by clicking ‘Pay Now’)
  7. Confirmation (which you will receive via email)

Notes

Each Club has been issued with its own individual online registration specific link. Please ensure that you use the Club's issued link only (as above) in a Google Chrome browser.

Fee Components

  • BNSW is the fee for Baseball NSW (mandatory)
  • National is the fee for Baseball Australia (mandatory)
  • St Pats Baseball Club includes the fees for the club and the Association (CSJBA)

Player fees have been determined, based on the age of players, with all fee components totalling as follows:

  • Baseball (Little League, Junior League, Senior League & Big League U12-U18) - $180
  • Zooka Ball (U10) - $135
  • Tee Ball (U7 and U9) - $100

When registering more than one player, it is recommended that you register one player at a time, and closing your browser and clearing your cache before registering any additional players.

Active Kids Vouchers from the NSW Government

Unfortunately, the online registration system (which the club is mandated to use) cannot handle the NSW Active Kids Vouchers for this season. In order to use the voucher for your child for the upcoming baseball season, you will need to fully register your child online, and then contact our club treasurer, Veronica Henniker, to arrange for redemption of your voucher and reimbursement to you. Veronica can be reached at spbc.treasurer@gmail.com.

Please send the following information through to Veronica for a voucher redemption:

  • your child’s full name as seen on the voucher;
  • child’s date of birth;
  • the voucher number; and
  • the bank account details for reimbursement to be deposited.
